Lady Titans flex some muscle, stop Stephens County 5-0.

On a cold and soggy Friday night at Titans Stadium, the varsity girls put together a solid effort in shutting out the Lady Indians of Stephens County 5-0. Erin Roche paced the Titans earning a hat trick with 3 well struck shots finding the back of the net. Presleigh Mullins chipped in with a beautiful header off an Avery Langley corner. Hannah Griffin also scored driving a screamer past the goalie for the 2nd game in a row. The defense was once again in fine form as they continually frustrated the Indian's offense and assisted Alyssa Frey with the shutout. It was a true team effort as every player on the bench logged meaningful minutes on a night that looked like a sure cancellation early on due to the persistent rain. Thank you Mother Nature for letting us get this one in the books. Next up for the Varsity is an away game at Clarke Central this coming Tuesday at 5:30. (Barring any makeup game on Monday)
