We will be holding voluntary preseason conditioning sessions next week for anyone that is interested. The dates and times are as follows:
Monday January 12 from 4:00 to 5:30
Wednesday January 14 from 4:00 to 5:30
Thursday January 15 from 4:00 to 5:30
Please bring shoes for both field and cross country work. All sessions will be held at the practice field. Make sure you have a water bottle or sports drink.
